In a significant step towards nurturing its future leaders, Msilikali SACCO was among the participants at the SACCO Young Professionals Network (SYPN) Conference, held from October 23rd to 24th at Kambiri Beach Resort in Salima. The event brought together vibrant young professionals from various SACCOs across the country for two days of learning, networking, and inspiration.
The insightful and engaging conference featured sessions on Mental Health, Leadership and Financial wellness, presented by Psychologist Mr. Peter Chisanga, Mr. Duncan Phulusa CEO for Malawi Microfinance Network (MAMN) and Miss. Triza Magreta CEO of Mudi SACCO. A key highlight of the event was the contribution of Mr. Fumbani Nyangulu, CEO of MUSCCO and patron of the network, who explored this year’s theme, “Youth Leadership in Motion: Creating Solutions that Drive Change,” inspiring delegates to lead with purpose and drive meaningful impact.
